The restaurant here was great for breakfast, we both ordered warm dishes. Fine beds, a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and a personal safe were a nice touch;))

Location very close to nearby more' touristy' Stresa, Lake Maggiore the mountains, Baveno and all those at the Simplon, and Baveno which in itself was a very attractive. Nearby Clique Bar & Lounge - great place to chill out.

two separate mattress in the double bed, too complicated heating and cooling system (we had to sleep with open windows because too hot and unable to decipher the thingie on the wall)

The atmosphere is fine with beautiful early 1900s decor and ample space. The staff are cute, fluent in various languages, and attentive. Access to three pools elevates the experience, though dining can be hit or miss. Fresh breakfasts are a highlight, while rooms are spacious but could use a bit more attention to amenities.

Staff are very helpful and efficient. The hotel and grounds are very well kept and clean and the pool area is beautiful.
The food is mediocre and rather over priced and it would be nice to have a bar service at the pool.

The breakfast spread was a delight, with delicious homemade croissants, made my mornings. Plus, the location couldn't be better, surrounded by fab dining spots like Ristorante Sottosopra just a skip away and a great pool to chill by. It reminded me of pure bliss!
